Hintergrund zur Elfenbeink\u00fcste<\/strong><\/p>

Mit einer gesch\u00e4tzten Bev\u00f6lkerung von 23,3 Millionen Menschen und einem BIP von 32 Milliarden US-Dollar im Jahr 2016 ist C\u00f4te d'Ivoire eine subregionale Macht. Auf sie entfallen 35% des BIP der EAWU und 60% ihrer Agrarexporte. Aber mit einem BIP\/Kopf von 1,319 USD liegt das Land auf dem UNDP-Index f\u00fcr menschliche Entwicklung weltweit auf Platz 172 (von 187) (in Afrika auf Platz 37), mit einer Armutsquote von 46,3% (weniger als 1,90 USD pro Person und Tag). Diese Indikatoren haben sich seit dem Ende der Krise im Jahr 2011 nicht wirklich verbessert.<\/p>

2010 erlebte die Elfenbeink\u00fcste einen bewaffneten Konflikt, der mehr als 3.000 Opfer forderte. Der von der neuen Regierung unter Pr\u00e4sident Alassane Ouattara im Mai 2011 eingeleitete Prozess der Vergebung und Vers\u00f6hnung scheint die Bev\u00f6lkerung zu beruhigen und ihr Vertrauen zu st\u00e4rken. Doch es bleibt noch viel zu tun, um die Fr\u00fcchte dieser Vers\u00f6hnung zu ernten. Die Elfenbeink\u00fcste hat gro\u00dfe Fortschritte auf dem Weg zu einer Normalisierung des politischen Lebens gemacht.<\/p>

Hintergrund zu Tabou<\/strong><\/p>

Tabou ist eine Stadt in der Region Bas Sassandra im Westen der Elfenbeink\u00fcste und liegt am Atlantischen Ozean, 383 km von Abidjan, der wirtschaftlichen Hauptstadt des Landes, entfernt. Tabou ist eine Pr\u00e4fektur mit 35.000 Einwohnern. Die wichtigsten Wirtschaftszweige sind der Anbau von Kakao, Kaffee, \u00d6lpalmen und Kautschuk. Die Sprachen, die in dieser Region gesprochen werden, sind Krou und Franz\u00f6sisch. Im Bildungsbereich gibt es Grundschulen, Gymnasien und Sekundarschulen, aber es fehlt an Einrichtungen f\u00fcr die Aufnahme und Unterbringung aller Sch\u00fcler:innen.<\/p>

Bildungskontext<\/strong><\/p>

Das Bildungssystem der Elfenbeink\u00fcste wurde nach der Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit des Landes, von Frankreich \u00fcbernommen. Das System umfasst neben den \u00fcblichen Grund-, Sekundar- und Hochschulstufen auch eine Vorschulstufe mit drei Abteilungen (kleine Abteilung, mittlere Abteilung und gro\u00dfe Abteilung). Trotz des Erbes dieses Bildungssystems ist die Einschulungsquote wie in ganz Subsahara-Afrika niedrig. Laut UNICEF sind nur 56% der Erwachsenen alphabetisiert und 60% der Bev\u00f6lkerung haben eine Grundschulbildung abgeschlossen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
